Our ecovillages are built for those who want to live lighter on the planet while enjoying a strong sense of community. Our flagship living lab, Hurdal, is already Norway’s largest ecovillage with 70 families calling this home, and we are currently developing 130 more eco-homes in several stages. We are working on solutions that allow families to share renewable energy, grow food organically, and build their lives around collaboration and sustainability. With established Steiner school, organic gardens, and shared spaces, the village has become a model for climate-smart, socially cohesive living. We are now expanding eco-villages in Færder, Minnesund, Trysil and North-Norway - and now also developing an urban ecovillage in Oslo. Each ecovillage is adapting to local culture and landscape. Ecovillages are not just housing projects, they are regenerative communities where sustainability, affordability, and belonging meet.

At Norway Propco, we see senior living as an opportunity to build communities, not just buildings. Our housing concepts are rooted in dignity, inclusion, and sustainability, designed to let people age well and remain active members of society. We create small, human-scaled clusters where residents feel safe and connected, supported by thoughtful architecture and access to nature. With our Proactive Health approach, we focus on what keeps people well, helping seniors stay independent longer while easing the demand on public care. From Bærum and Oslo to the Stavanger region, we are pursuing innovative new projects. We deliver homes that add life to years — and years to life.
